Assist in supplying high level victim/witness care to those helping to identify suspects at Video Identification Procedure Electronic Recording (VIPER) viewings . Min age 18 and strong interpersonal skills to meet/greet victims and witnesses.

Guide Dogs - Local Fundraiser

Summary

Assist the local fundraising team in promoting and taking part in a variety of events and activities to raise money for Guide Dogs. Opportunities can include helping on stalls at local events, keeping track of what is sold and counting donations. The time commitment can be very flexible and we organise events throughout the year.

Guide Dogs - Collection Box Co-ordinator

Identifying / placing collecting boxes in suitable locations. Talking to the shop owner / receptionist at the location about how the boxes will help Guide Dogs and what we do. Emptying boxes every 3-6 months (as they get full) and banking the income, giving a receipt and letter of thanks to the hosts.

Guide Dogs - My Guide Sighted Guide

Provide sighted guide assistance on a regular basis (commonly weekly) to people living with sight loss to help them achieve their goals and access local services and facilities in their local community. The lengths of partnerships vary, but with a minimum of 6 months. Minimum age 18 years.
